About B.O.B.
In 1994, Roger Malinowski, a bicycle industry maven, met Philip Novotny, an airline mechanic, in San Luis Obispo, California. From the marriage of Novotny's ingenuity and Malinowski's industry knowhow came B.O.B., a world-renowned company with roots in developing revolutionary bicycle trailers such as the YAK. Once Malinowski and Novotny began raising families, they felt an urge to start applying the innovative principles they developed in bicycle trailers to strollers. They strived to build a superior product that would combine the best of a bunch of worlds: a lightweight, high-quality stroller that you could take running, hiking, and off-roading and that would still fold up easily and compactly. Like any sensible entrepreneurial parent, Malinowski and Novotny subjected their designs to rigorous analysis . . . by testing them on their own children. The result was their wildly successful Sport Utility Stroller. Then, through an endorsement by the famous Ironman triathlon endurance race as well as the addition of several more groundbreaking innovations such as a swiveling front wheel, B.O.B. has become one of the most visible, trusted names among athletic parents.

Comments about B.O.B. Ironman Stroller - Duallie-Yellow:
I had the bob ironman single stroller for my first child and I had to get the double now that we have our second child. I love this stroller. It has been perfect! I have used it while training for both a half and full marathons.

Comments about B.O.B. Ironman Stroller - Duallie-Yellow:
Best investment for my running routine! I have 2 toddlers and they are comfortable in this. Also nice because they are in their 'separate' seats so they can't harass each other too much! Much easier to push than our older, cheap, heavy stroller. Can easily push with one hand and easy to steer.

Comments about B.O.B. Ironman Stroller - Duallie-Yellow:
You're looking at fixed wheeled jogging strollers so you already know this is not for strolling around town (get something with a swivel wheel). This is a fantastic stroller for moderately serious to serious runners. I've been running with it for the last year and my kids are now 1.5 and 3.5 years old. I take it up forrest service roads, through parks, on trails, up and down curbs without breaking pace (when appropriate), I've stressed the frame in every way I can conceive and it has not shown any wear. It's as durable as they come. It's comfortable, and easy to collapse, though not particularly small. The front wheel fine tuning screws let you get a very straight roll, and the sun shades afford great coverage. The shocks are well designed and effective, especially on cracked sidewalks and trails. You quickly get used to compressing the shocks first when pressing the handle down to lift the front wheel. They do make navigating stairs a little trickier because they spring out as you go down, but it's doable. The basket below is roomy enough, but, because it's so well anchored, the entry spaces are smaller than the SUV strollers. Bulky diaper bags not recommended.
My favorite feature (and a buying point for us) is that the frame curves so that the rear wheels are recessed giving it less width than other double strollers. This makes going through standard doorways quite doable, and for someone who loads up and runs from their living room, that's a must.
